Help us expand the PhageExpressionAtlas by sharing dual RNA-seq datasets of phage infections.
Submit your dataset
The PhageExpressionAtlas is designed as a community resource for exploring, comparing and reusing dual RNA-seq data of phage infections. We welcome contributions from published studies, preprints and unpublished datasets that can be shared with the community.
To make submission as easy as possible, we provide an Excel template that guides you through the required metadata and raw sequencing data fields. Once completed, please send the template to us by email.
How to submit
Download the template
Use the Excel template to gather all required information on your dataset and the associated metadata.
Fill in your data
Add study information, sample descriptions, dataset accession(s), experimental conditions and host and phage information as described in the template.
Send it to us
Email the completed template to the PhageExpressionAtlas team. We will review your submission and contact you if clarification is needed.
Download the submission template
The Excel template contains all fields required for submitting a dataset to the PhageExpressionAtlas. Please complete the template as carefully as possible to help us process your submission efficiently. If this should not be possible, no problem - let us know and we will find a solution.
